Chris grew up in rural Indiana and moved to Sheboygan in 1995. She was married in 1978 to Gary. She has three children: Joshua, his wife Nikole, and their son Jax live in Fremont, IN; Ryan is teaching 5th grade at Grace Lutheran School in Modesto, CA; and Jessica is at Carroll College in Wakesha, WI.
