November 3, 1912 - It was resolved to have storm windows installed on the west windows of the church.

November 2, 1913 - A member was assigned to sign a petition to have the alley north of the church paved.

January 1, 1914 - Several members offered a gift of $8,000 for the erection of a modern four room school with the stipulation the remainder of the congregation raise a like amount. It was accepted and approved.

March 8, 1914 - Due to sparse attendance at the regular English worship services Pastor was to use his judgment as to when and how often they were to be held. An appropriate lot, not to exceed $3,000, was to be located for the building of a parsonage.

April 12, 1914 - Building of the parsonage was approved. It was located on the northwest corner of New York Avenue and 9th Street. Final cost (January 1916 report) was $5,014.64.

June 28, 1914 - Bids for the new school, including a fire escape was $21,385 and final expenses (January 1916 report) totaled $22,589.66.  The new school was dedicated on January 17, 1915.

April 10, 1915 - Bids for a new hall were accepted and construction was to begin as soon as the money needed was pledged. Final expenses were approximately $2,336. The site was the present Fellowship Hall and the hallway from the west entrance to the church. It included a stage located along the south wall.
