Conference Room on the first and third Thursdays  of the month. Approval was given for an extra envelope collection to defray the cost of paving North 9th Street. Teacher's old desks to be sold for $5.00 each, remaining old pupils desks to be disposed of in two weeks. Rev. Schulz was authorized to dispose of old clocks. The numbering system of new desks and chairs was explained. Authorization was given to get lecture room chairs for the Science Room. The Building Committee was authorized to sell the pool table at the best possible price. At the next meeting it was reported the pool table was moved to the parsonage basement.
